Hydromet’s range of custom-built meter flanges is the perfect solution for your water meter needs. These flanges are built in-house with 316 stainless steel to ensure longevity and durability. All welds are pickled and passivated to ensure the product is as durable as possible. The flanges come in two sizes, 32mm and 40mm, and can be custom-built to suit your requirements. Both female and male meter flanges can be made, and test points can be added if needed.

These flanges are used in conjunction with Elster Meters and have been implemented in the bypass valves in the Metcheck range without issue for many years now. The flanges come with Hydromet’s Metcoated 316 stainless hardware to prevent galling and ensure you can fasten the flange without issue. The flange sets are also available with matching gaskets to ensure a perfect seal.
