Hydromet supplies complete gasket sets suitable for use with new pipework installations or as aftermarket replacements for maintenance and repair of existing installations. Gasket sets can be supplied with pipework assemblies or purchased separately, providing flexibility across a wide range of applications.

Stock gasket sets are held in sizes from 50 mm through to 300 mm, allowing for fast turnaround and reduced downtime on site. All standard gasket sets are supplied with Hydromet MetCoated fasteners, including M16 nuts and set screws, providing improved corrosion resistance and long-term reliability. Uncoated fasteners can be supplied upon request.

Hydromet also stocks Ribseal gaskets, designed with integrated finger holds to assist handling during installation and reduce the risk of pinched fingers. The ribbed sealing profile assists with alignment and reliable sealing under compression. Ribseal gaskets are stocked in 80 mm, 100 mm, 150 mm, and 200 mm sizes.
